== Microcam ==

[[Image(ucamnikon_reduced.jpg,right)]]  Microcam is a single OTA CCD, TE-cooled camera currently mounted on the Pan-STARRS 1 prototype telescope for engineering work.  Like all OTAs, the Lot 1 OTA CCD is especially well suited for video, which will be used in the Pan-STARRS system to guide the telescope, and to perform on-chip corrections similar to tip-tilt.

An early example of shutterless video data can be found in the attached MPEG file.
